EventYab Cloud Services Inc. is a dynamic online ticket sales platform dedicated to making event organization seamless and successful. As a rapidly growing company, we are seeking a dedicated Sales and Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This role combines sales responsibilities with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations.

Responsibilities

Sales:

  • Contact potential organizers via phone and email, introducing EventYab services and benefits.
  • Serve as the exclusive point of contact for business phone calls, providing information, answering queries, and maintaining professional communication.
  • Conduct market research on industry, potential clients, and leads.
  • Maintain close contact with the Sales Director to accurately forecast sales pipeline.

Administrative:

  • Schedule meetings with clients and team members, managing calendars efficiently.
  • Plan and organize morale events for the team to foster a positive work environment.
  • Assist with minor bookkeeping tasks to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Create and manage events of clients on the platform, ensuring all details are accurate and up-to-date.

Requirements

Sales Skills:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Ability to multitask and effectively handle several customers/priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate product features and benefits.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and initiating contact with potential clients.

Administrative Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage calendars and schedules effectively.
  • Experience in planning and coordinating events to enhance team morale.
  • Basic bookkeeping knowledge and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with chatbot technology, specifically ChatGPT or similar platforms.

Soft Skills:

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in using communication tools and platforms for remote work.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Proficiency in both English and Persian (Farsi) languages.
