Organizer agrees to allow EventYab to deduct the value of complimentary tickets issued for the event
from the current balance due to the Organizer.

Definition of Complimentary Tickets:
Complimentary tickets refer to tickets distributed free of charge for promotional, sponsorship, or
other agreed purposes.

Deduction Amount:
The total value of the service fees will be calculated based on the ticket price agreed upon by both
parties prior to distribution.

Deduction Process:
The deduction will be applied automatically to the current balance due to the Organizer after the
ticket is purchased.
Acknowledgment:
By signing this agreement, the Organizer acknowledges and consents to the deduction process and agrees
that
the calculated amount is non-disputable.
By signing below, the parties confirm their acceptance of the above terms.
