Agreement Regarding Complimentary Tickets Deduction

Organizer agrees to allow EventYab to deduct the value of complimentary tickets issued for the event from the current balance due to the Organizer.

Terms and Conditions:

Definition of Complimentary Tickets: Complimentary tickets refer to tickets distributed free of charge for promotional, sponsorship, or other agreed purposes.
Deduction Amount: The total value of the service fees will be calculated based on the ticket price agreed upon by both parties prior to distribution.
Deduction Process: The deduction will be applied automatically to the current balance due to the Organizer after the ticket is purchased.

Acknowledgment:

By signing this agreement, the Organizer acknowledges and consents to the deduction process and agrees that the calculated amount is non-disputable.
