Many of you had expressed concerns over the current COVID-19 outbreak in our community, so both Mansour’s team as well as Star Nation decided to postpone our concert to July 11, 2020. Since some restrictions and concerns are still on-going, we have now decided to postpone the concert further to Yalda Night on Sunday December 20, 2020. Guests who keep their tickets can be at ease knowing that the same tickets, without any extra charges, will be honoured for the postponed concert. 

Please note that ticket prices are anticipated to increase considerably for the Yalda Night concert to cover parts of unexpected expenses imposed by this unforeseen circumstance. So, we highly encourage you to hold on to your tickets and we truly appreciate your patience and consideration.
However, if you want to cancel and refund your tickets, please send an email containing the information requested below to support@eventyab.com by no later than July 18th, 2020:

- Full name as shown on your tickets (and on your receipt of purchase if different)
- Email address as shown on your tickets (and on your receipt of purchase if different)

Please note that the organizer will not accept any refund request after July 18th, 2020. Also, please read the following information related to the refund completely and carefully:

Considering the volume of works required and the unforeseen situation, please note that EventYab will NOT be able to reply back to each individual refund request. Though, this does not mean we overlook your request. Starting from the time you send us the requested information, the refund procedure begins and it should take at least two business weeks from our end. Once it's processed, you will receive an email notification from PayPal, which is the payment processing platform, showing the refund amount and date. You will be refunded to the same credit/debit card you used for making the payment. PayPal's email notification is just intended to inform you about the refund details and does NOT mean you need to have a PayPal account to access your refunded money.

It usually takes a few days from PayPal to finalize the refund on their end in order to transfer the money. Then, your credit/debit card provider also needs some time to reflect the transaction on your account and update your statement. The last two processes are out of our hand and being conducted by PayPal and your credit/debit card provider. Considering the situation with businesses all around the world, there's a good chance that the processes take longer than usual.

Please avoid sending duplicate requests and/or using different email addresses to request for the same refund. These types of action impose unnecessary burdens on our limited resources and unfortunately elongate the process.
