Accessing sales reports:
To access Sales Reports in EventYab, follow these simple steps:
- Log in to your EventYab account
- Navigate to your event list
- Access sales reports
You have two options to access Sales Reports:
- Simply click on the Sales Report icon in front of the event you wish to analyze.
- Navigate to the event view page and then select 'Sales Report' from the reports menu.
Sales report overview:
Once you access Sales Reports, you'll find several key sections:
- Sales Summary: Provides a quick overview with columns like Ticket Name, Quantity, Sold, On Hold, Available, and Total Sale. You can even download this summary for your records.
- Total Sales: Gives you a clear view of the overall sales generated by your event.
- Guest List: Presents a detailed table with information like first name and last name and ticket type. You can also download the Guest List in PDF and CSV formats for further reference.
- Refund Summary: Showcases information such as Guest, Ticket Type, and Purchase Time. This summary is also available for download.
Downloading reports:
Downloading these reports is a breeze. Next to each section, you'll see two icons for downloading as Excel and PDF formats.
Accessing event financials:
Navigate to your event list as described. Then:
- Click on the Event Financial icon in front of the event you wish to explore.
- Or go to the event view page and select 'Event Financial' from the reports menu.
Event financials overview:
Event Financial provides a wealth of financial data, including Ticket Sales, Services, Payments, Adjustments, and Totals. The 'Totals' section sums up your financial status.
