Copying an event allows you to quickly replicate an existing event and make modifications without starting from scratch. This can save you time and effort, especially if you're organizing similar events or want to reuse event details.

To begin, access your account and navigate to the 'Manage Your Events' section, which is located within the 'Organizers' section in the main menu. In your comprehensive list of events, find the 'Copy' option situated in the 'Action' column on the far right. Simply click on the icon to initiate the event copying process. The event will be copied, and you will immediately see a message under the event's name indicating that the event has been successfully copied. By clicking on the link provided in the message, you can access the copied event's edit page.

Please note that the copied event is added as a private event by default. This means that it will not be visible to the public until you've made the necessary edits and changed the privacy setting to 'Public'.

Open the copied event's edit page and make any desired changes, such as updating the event title, date, location, or description. After you've made the necessary edits and are ready to make the copied event public, you can adjust the privacy setting to 'Public'. This will allow the event to be visible to the public, enabling attendees to find and register for the event.
