In this section, you'll learn how to set up meal options on EventYab to offer your attendees a seamless booking experience.
- Name: Enter a name for the meal option, such as "Vegetarian Buffet", "Three-Course Meal" or "Taking photo with the performer".
- Usage Count: This field indicates how many times the meal option can be used across all tickets. For example, if you set the usage count to 100 and offer the meal option for both the general admission and VIP tickets, the first 100 attendees who select the meal option will be able to receive it.
- Usage Limit: This field sets the maximum number of times an individual attendee can select the meal option. For example, if you set the usage limit to 1, each attendee can only select the meal option once.
- Price: Set the price of the meal option, if there is an additional fee for the meal. If it's included in the ticket price, you can set the price to 0.
- Applies to: This field determines which tickets the meal option is available for. For example, you may only offer the meal option for VIP tickets or for a specific seating section.
